Soon after the incident, a Hindu group — Jagarana Vedike, barged into the market, set fire to carts, and vandalized motorbikes, Bagalkot District Commissioner P. Sunilkumar told the news agency ANI.,Video clips surfacing on social media show the damage at the scene. B | 从7月份情况来看，受到国际国内短期因素的冲击影响，7月份主要生产指标增速比上月有所回落。但从累计看，1—7月份主要生产指标保持总体平稳。1—7月份规模以上工业增加值同比增长5.3%，服务业生产指数同比增长4.7%，和1—6月份相比保持总体平稳，生产平稳增长态势没有改变。　　二是消费继续扩大。消费是内需的重要组成部分，消费稳步扩大对于经济稳定增长发挥重要作用。1—7月份，社会消费商品和服务零售总额同比增长2.6%，与上半年相比保持总体平稳。其中服务零售额增长5%，明显快于商品零售额增速。从商品零售来看，以商品零售为主的社会消费品零售总额增长基本稳定，1—7月份社会消费品零售总额增长1.2%，其中一些升级类商品零售额保持较快增长，比如化妆品类、通讯器材类商品零售额增速快于整体商品零售额增速。

C | 　　三是发展活力彰显。主要表现在三个方面，产业升级、数智化转型、外贸增长。创新引领作用增强，产业升级态势明显。7月份规模以上工业中高技术产业增加值同比增长16.9%，1—7月份高技术产业投资累计增速增长5%，增速均比上月加快。数智化转型稳步推进，新兴产业成长加快。

D | 7月份数智产品制造业增加值同比增长17.3%，速度较快。从产品来看，工业机器人、机器人减速器等相关智能化产品增长超过20%。开放活力不断增强，外贸增长势头良好。坚持在互利共赢基础上扩大与世界各国的经贸往来，依托完整的产业优势和国内不断提升的产品质量，7月份货物进出口总额同比增长19.2%，继续保持较快增长。从贸易伙伴看，1—7月份，我国对东盟、共建“一带一路”国家的进出口增长均保持两位数增长，充分显示了经济发展活力。　　四是民生保障有力。

E | 今年以来，面对国内国际能源市场波动，以及近期国内部分地区极端天气等影响，各地区各部门强化能源保供和民生商品生产，着力稳就业、稳价格，取得积极成效，保障了居民生产生活。从能源供给看，7月份规模以上工业原油产量同比增长0.8%，产量创历史同期新高，天然气产量、发电量7月份都保持较高产出水平，有力保障生产生活用能需要。从价格看，7月份居民消费价格同比上涨0.5%，保持温和上涨，扣除食品和能源的核心CPI上涨0.9%，保持基本稳定。
